This product comes from a small village called Tumen in Shihe District, Xinyang City. The raw material is the fresh leaves from the tea farmers’ own tea mountains. The production time is April 1, 2024. On that day, I stayed at the tea farmer’s home all the time, just waiting for this tea, until 1 o’clock in the morning. Finally, the tea leaves were ready. For my customers to drink good tea, this hardship is worth it. The tea has the aroma of orchids and seems to have the flavor of chocolate.

Brewing method:

1. Prepare a tea set: choose a transparent glass or a white porcelain bowl to appreciate the shape of the tea leaves and the color of the tea soup.

2. Water selection: High-quality mineral water or purified water is preferred.

3. Warm cup: Rinse the tea set with hot water first to increase the temperature of the cup, which is conducive to the emission of tea aroma.

4. Amount of tea: generally 3-5 grams of tea leaves per cup.

5. Brewing water temperature: 80-85 ° C is the most suitable water temperature。

6 Brewing: using the up-investment method, the mid-investment method or the down-investment method.

Upcasting method: first inject seven points full of water into the cup, and then put the tea leaves into the cup. This method is suitable for the premium Xinyang Maojian with delicate buds.

Middle-pouring method: First, pour 1/3 of the hot water into the cup, then add the tea leaves, and finally fill the cup with hot water to 70% full.

Injection method: first put the tea leaves into the cup, and then inject hot water.

7. Soaking time: usually 2-3 minutes. But the specific time can be adjusted according to personal taste. If you like light ones, you can shorten the time, and if you like rich ones, you can extend it appropriately.。

8. Drink: After the tea soup is slightly cool, smell the fragrance, look at the color, and then sip it to feel its refreshing and sweet taste.

For example, if you use the upcast method to brew premium Xinyang Maojian, first pour hot water into a transparent glass, the water temperature is controlled at around 80 ° C, and then gently pour in the tea leaves, you will see the tea leaves falling like snowflakes, with a beautiful posture. Then the tea soup gradually turns green and has a pungent aroma.

It should be noted that after each brewing, do not refill the water when the tea leaves are all drunk, so as not to affect the taste of the subsequent tea soup.
