2014 Xiaguan Grade A Tuocha

Xiaguan Tuocha is one of the four state-owned tea factories in Yunnan, China. Xiaguan Tea Factory produces classic tea. The tea grade is not high, but the craftsmanship is of the highest quality. Xiaguan Tuocha is very famous in China and is a household name. The tea has a high aroma and a pure taste. It is a cost-effective Pu’er raw tea.

Brewing method: After the tea leaves are broken up, take 6-7g and put it in a covered bowl or purple clay pot, simmer with boiling water for 30 seconds to produce the soup, and do this again and again until there is no taste. I myself prefer to simmer in a large teacup, which is more enjoyable to drink.

Note: Since this tea is pressed too tightly, pay attention to safety when prying it open with a tea knife.
