Returns and refunds

I.Return policy
(1) you have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the goods.
(2) Return conditions. The goods must be in their original condition, including complete packaging, unopened, and unused. The quality and quantity of tea leaves should be the same as when you received them, without damage, deterioration, or missing.
II.Refund Policy
(1) Refund method, we will refund according to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account within 1-3 working days; if you used other payment methods, the refund time may vary.
(2) Refund amount. If you return the goods according to the return conditions within the return period, we will refund you the full price of the goods. However, if the goods are damaged during transportation or you violate the return conditions, we may deduct a certain fee according to the actual situation of the goods.
III. Special circumstances
(1) Customized goods, for customized tea products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a quality problem.
(2) Promotional products, the return and refund policy for products purchased during the promotion period may be different. Please read the event rules carefully when purchasing.
IV. Responsibilities and obligations
We will do our best to ensure the smooth progress of the return and refund process, but we are not responsible for the return and refund problems caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, logistics delays, etc.). Customers should bear the transportation risk of the goods during the return process. It is recommended that you choose a reliable logistics method and purchase transportation insurance. For example, if the tea received by customers has peculiar smell or deterioration, as long as it is within the specified return period and keeps the original state of the goods, we will unconditionally accept the return and give a full refund. For another example, in the promotion, the customer purchased a buy one get one free tea.
